Namaste! I’m Aparna Shah, the founder of Kosha Yoga Classes. My yoga journey began 12years ago. when I first experienced how simple breathwork and mindful movement could ease stress , bring inner calm abd help me fight the severe backpain caused due to wrong posture and ignorance.
This started as a personal practice but soon grew into a passion to share yoga’s transformative power with others.

Over the years, I’ve trained and certified as a Yoga Therapist, Yoga Wellness Coach, Yoga Pre and Post natal trainer. My teaching style include traditional yoga ,Hatha Yoga, teachings of Ashtanga yoga, Pranayama and Meditation.
My teaching style is gentle yet powerful, combining traditional yoga with practical tools for today’s lifestyle.
