"Today's session was a take away with the following: 1. Slowly done so very much focused. 2. Workout of mind and body in sync. 3. Importance given to Breathing throughout...(works miraculously) 4. I had my eyes closed most of the time which i truly love about yoga.... (to be engrossed in self) Kulkarni Kosha YOGA MO.. I feel Today's yoga topic was for depression/anxiety. As we did all the asana with good breathing and slowly, I could feel the stretch for every asana and do it more properly. Other than standing excercise all the other asanas were done with eyes closed which helped in being more focused on ourselves. I have felt calm throughout the day and have done all my work without any tension in a calm way. ltimately felt good after today's pare about the topics day's session felt like a stress buster. I am feeling calm and relaxed. I was feeling very sleepy till 12:30 PM but due to some work commitments I have to keep myself awake. Looking forward for these types of sessions more & more"
